We represent a solid family business. Italo Zaino set up the company in 1982. Over the years the company has developed and is well structured and organized. Today the company is run by Italo’s son Rocco Zaino. The company has a 7,440sq m warehouse and it is managed by a radio frequency system with a cold store for fresh and frozen foods and a large butcher facility.
Delivery is made with our own 30 multi-temperature vehicles with controlled temperature for both frozen and fresh foods in order to guarantee punctual and widespread service. Furthermore, we use good international carriers to reach foreign countries by sea and air.
Our success is based on three vital pillars on which we have built our company philosophy and our reputation.
- We are enthusiastic about what we do, about our work ,of course, and also about our traditions and products that have made Italian cuisine a World Heritage throughout the years. We continually innovate and improve our selections, looking for the most authentic local producers who, like us, aim to protect tradition and local produce. Together with them we test foodstuffs in our kitchens to verify their genuineness and give the right advice in order to make the most of the products .
- We always guarantee the most reliable service. Many hotels and restaurants rely on us because we ensure continuity, flexibility, transparency in supplying the foodstuffs. We invest in weekly training sessions for our sales staff (one of our strong points) to give always the right advice on cuisine. All our employees have worked for years with the maximum professionalism and reliability in line with the company philosophy.
- Quality is the most important element of all our work: we search for it in the choice of products we offer you from the regions of our country. We pursue the best quality in the processes and services according to H.A.C.C.P. The best quality is guaranteed thanks to production’s specifications which certify the whole production chain from the production and preparation to the maturing and preservation.
